Tiny pen - the diameter is really small so you can't really write with it for long periods of time... well at least I can't anyway...

The point is nice and precise. This pen is excellent for jotting down notes or for journal entries that aren't so long...

I'm not usually a fan of lines smaller than 0.5 mm, but this pen puts down a vibrant and easily read line for me. However, even though I realized that I was getting a slim pen, I would prefer this style of Hi-Tec-C to be just slightly wider in its diameter, at least in the grip if nowhere else.

Great pen. This is a mini-pen, measuring 12.25 cm in length, with a nice 0.4mm needle-style point. I love the Pilot Hi-Tec products and have many (many many many!)....and this is no exception - as expected I love this also. The ink flows nicely and is a nice robust blue color. This pen isn't meant for long writing, and I use it as a purse pen, as I believe it was intended. It's tiny, fitting inside my calender, with a nice clip to fasten it to the cover. While it is not designed for page after page of writing, it does do a wonderful job for what it's designed for - jotting down stuff, making lists and writing checks. Its price point of $3.30 pretty much makes it virtually risk-free. In addition, I have found it reasonably long-lasting and even though I purchased it a long while ago, it's still writing away and hasn't fallen apart even in spite of living in my purse front pocket. It takes loads of abuse, and still looks great. So if you want a small format gel ink pen, this is your guy! :)
