This slim cousin to the Hi-Tec-C has a retractable feature that combines portability with perfection. It is a new edition and replaces the former Hi-Tec-C Knock S line. It has the same precision and clean flowing lines as the Hi-Tec-C, but comes in a smaller, sleeker design. It's the pen for those who love their Hi-Tec-Cs, and have always wished for a more compact design to carry around with them.

Let go of the fear of losing caps and embrace the Hi-Tec-C Slim Knock!

A lot smaller than I expected, but still a wonderfully flowing and usable red pen.

Wow! This pen is small. It seems to be about the same size as the Zebra F-301. The pen I ordered was a good one because it does not feel scratchy when writing.

I'm starting to understand the love affair people have with the Hi-Tech-C pens. This is my first one and I've already got a decent crush going on this pen. The .4 tip is, for me, like the Goldilocks of of pens: not too fat, not too thin, but juuust right. It's not scratchy at all but the line looks sharper than some of my .38s.

The only thing I don't care for so much is the slim barrel. When I added this to my cart I didn't really notice that I'd chosen the Slim Knock so I was a tad surprised when I first held it. I have medium-ish sized hands and it feels too small to me. Writing with it for an extended period of time is tiring because it's smaller and less balanced than many of my other pens. That said, the rubberized grip is very comfy.

I'll definitely be shopping for more Hi-Tech-Cs in the near future.
