I think I may have found my favorite blue ink. Back in the 1990s, Pelikan featured Cyan Blue ink, and, blue being my favorite color, I fell in love with the it, but Pelikan no longer makes it. Since then I've been on a quest to find a similar color, but was unsuccessful until I tried Iroshizuki's Tsuyu-kusa which probably comes the closest. It's appropriate for any occasion, and is a rich but bright shade, almost cobalt I'd say, and a true blue--no greenish tints as with Kon-peki, which is a bit closer to turquoise (though also beautiful). The flow and shading in my Pilot Falcon and TWSBI Diamond 580 are excellent, and the drying time is reasonable (important for me as I'm left-handed). There are many attractive shades of blue out there in the ink world and I've tried more than one, but few are such a sheer pleasure to look at on the page as Tsuyu-kusa. I'd really have to love an ink to pay $28.00 for a 50 ml bottle, but this one is definitely a keeper.

Typical Iroshizuku. Great flow. As with all their lighter to midtone inks, great shading. Depending on the paper you use, there will be little feathering or bleed through. Looks absolutely amazing in concert with a broad nib and Tomoe River paper.

As for JetPens, great service, pricing and availability of product.
