Even though this is a short pen,it's great! The color is wonderful, the ink doesn't pool when the tip is left sitting on the paper, and the pen is comfortable to hold. The trick to these pens is writing on the slower side - I write quickly, so the ink tends to skip. When I slow down just a little, the ink comes out in one lusciously grape line - no skips. I'll buy the entire "Sweets Color Series" set of these - and am sure they'll get lots of use.
