I am thrilled with this...
I am thrilled with this purchase! I bought it in both the fine and medium nib, but I tend to gravitate towards the fine more often than not. I use it everyday for as many things as will allow me. I highly recommend these folks as the place to find all your fine writing instruments.

Impressed. I got this...
Impressed. I got this pen a few months back because it looks cool and it's inexpensive. I didn't expect much, but wanted something I'd be less sorry to lose than my Parker, Pelikan, or Montblanc, none of which travel well without leaking anyhow.
The pen has a pleasant heft without being too heavy - feels solid. The nib was a bit scratchy at first, but still better than expected from an inexpensive fine nib pen. The ink flow is reliable, using Pilot Namiki cartridges - blue/black is my preference and it's hard to say whether the overall smoothness of the experience improved when I ran out of the black cartridge it came with, or as a result of it having been broken in to my handwriting, but it's no longer scratchy.
As I did get this to be transportable I'll stick to cartridges with this one, but I am looking forward to getting one in another design to put in a converter and try some diamine inks in. And as to the portability - it beats my pricy pens for sure. So far there's been no leaking at all, and I've not been particularly careful.
