Beautiful, smooth, emerald green lines.
I really like the way this pen (marker) writes.
The ink is def permanent, a while after it is applied.
Recommended. Black is great as well.

Pilot MultiBall Liquid Ink Pen - Fine Point - Black
I work in a science lab where we use and often spill stuff like water, alcohol
and acetone. I need a pen that won't run when it gets wet with water or
solvents. The Black Fine Point Pilot Multiball is perfect for lab use. It
doesn't run in any of these solvents and it writes on the slick label tapes
(Time Tape for those know) and on metal, glass and plastics of all kinds. On
glass and hard plastic, you have to write slowly and sometimes restart the pen
with a piece of paper, but it will write on hard smooth surfaces. True the
Sharpie can do all this, but it stinks and bleeds through paper too much to use
in a lab notebook. The Multiball does not bleed through and doesn't have any
odor.
The ability to rely on one pen all day to write on anything and at such a low
price and not worry about bleeding through, re-capping, smell, running when wet,
etc... makes my life just a little bit easier. We can all appreciate that.
Next, I'm going to test all the colors with solvents and surfaces, but I'm very
optimistic about the results. Good job Pilot!

I own over 2500 pens...,

Pilot MultiBall Liquid Ink Pen - Fine Point - Black
I own over 2500 pens that I used successively for studies, illustration,
typography and several design and art projects / jobs and this pens stays on top
of my best pens in the world list for several reasons. The first reason is the
ink with which it is filled - dries fast, stays on most surfaces that exist -
and really solidifies when dries. It is simply awesome to use it on glossy paper
for example, like on magazines, but also on bottles when you need to write your
name on a bottle, but it is also very versatile and stays perfectly on every
type of paper if you need to write a report - and the ink is almost impossible
to remove from paper, which makes it perfect to use for signing checks if you
are afraid of frauds. In art experiments, I have used it to write onto film
strips or photos, to write or draw on several types of fabric and plastic, to
ink pencil drawings, and every time I am mind blown by how sturdy the ink
remains after it's dry. My art might still exist long after I die because of
that, and it's not only an amazing ink to work with, velvety, soft, with deep
shades and a beautiful texture almost like water but that hardens - it's also
reassuring to see how solid it is ( especially with pen tips medium and up, as
the pen exists in medium, broad, and extra broad under the permaball model
name). You could almost write under water with it...
The second reason is the sturdiness of the pen itself, and the third reason is
its design. It's without a doubt for me one of the most beautifully designed
pens ever.
Well, I have nothing but praise for this pen. Get it !

Pilot MultiBall Liquid Ink Pen - Fine Point - Black
If I ever run out of paper, which probably won't ever happen, it's nice to know
that anything around me could potentially become my writing surface. So far,
I've tried it on glass and metal, and it really works well. On paper this thing
is a dream... it flows great and the ink is super duper jet black! It also feels
sharp, which is a bonus in my book!! I think this is destined to become my new
favorite pen! I can't wait to try it out on my bathroom mirror!!!

Pilot MultiBall Liquid Ink Pen - Fine Point - 7 Color Set
These pens are the most awesome pens I know!
Unlike user queenkatherine, I can get them to write on plastic and paint no
problem - the little user guide on the label says "try on paper before writing
on certain surfaces" and that's what you gotta do - warm up the tip on a piece
of paper before you write on certain smoots surfaces, and not press too hard!
The design of the pen is really awesome, with its logo an hommage to rock band
metallica.
A must-have for versatile artists who don't like to be limited by the tools they
use - with these I write and draw on absolutely any surfaces! At work, at home,
on the back of photos, on my drinking bottle to write my name, on plastic cases,
on glossy paper... I recommend writing or doodling on glossy paper with these.
One of the best tools ever... Also recommend using the medium and bold tip
models if you can find them. The ink lasts forever and beats any other pen's
inks...

Truly writes on plastic almost as well as on paper. Very good ink flow and ink
density - not superb but a fair trade off considering the pen's versatility. I
only wish they were retractable!

These pens will write...,

This review is from
Pilot MultiBall Liquid Ink Pen - Fine Point - 7 Color Set
These pens will write on hard surfaces like glass, if you write slowly. You may
have to start the ink with a scrap of paper first. The colors are very good,
although I wish there were a purple instead of the blue-black. They are not like
paint or markers, the colors will not blend, but they can be used to decorate
plastic and glass items. I use them to mark stuff in the lab where I work. I
write my initials on glassware, pens and things like that to identify them. My
tests have shown that acetone, alcohol and water will not wash this ink off of
anything or out of anything after it dries, so it's the perfect lab marker for
labeling and notebooks.
By the way, the cartridge fits perfectly in a Pilot G2 pen if you don't like
separate caps. The ink will not dry out without a cap.
I suspect that Pilot is going to drop these, so get a few while you can. They
are the ultimate graffiti pen.

Pilot MultiBall Liquid Ink Pen - Fine Point - Black
I love the black Pilot Multiball. The ink is dark and flows very satisfyingly
from the pen. Oddly, the other colors that I've tried (blue and pink) I would
only rate at 3 or 4 stars.

I really like these. I saw the CM on youtube. I always wanted to get it after
that, but I didn't know where to get it from until know. They are just like the
Latte but they become pernament. You can decorate phones, pencil cases, glass,
plastic, and etc.

Best pen, especially at the price point! Ink dries fairly quickly, almost
instantly on decent paper. Comfortable and the tip is really solid. Grip is just
right in terms of how much rubber there is. I plan on buying more for school and
would advise you to buy some too.

Pilot MultiBall Liquid Ink Pen - Fine Point - Black
By far the best pen I've ever used. I've recently purchased several pens to
trial from jet pens, and ironically.. the cheapest of them all (the Multiball)
is the best performer.
I've been attached to the US available Pilot Precise V7 and V5 for the longest
time, which the Multiball reminds me of intensely.
I prefer a moderate amount of resistance/feedback when writing, it helps me keep
things legible when taking notes quickly and makes drawing freehand straight
lines less difficult. Like the Precise v5/7, I find that this pen has just about
the perfect amount of resistance.
My writing style involves holding the Pen very close to the tip, which is very
uncomfortable on many pen designs. The multiball has rubber and a gentle radius
all the way down to the tip, making it a great choice if you have this same
preference in your pen grip.
I should note that this Pen appears to be listed elsewhere as having a 0.57mm
tip. On paper it looks extremely close to what's left behind by a 0.5mm Ohto
C-305P Cart. I'd love to try this pen in a 0.7mm tip if it ever becomes
available.

Pilot MultiBall Liquid Ink Pen - Fine Point - Blue
This pen writes smooth, vivid blue color, and it has rubber grip. I like this
pen and for the price it's a steal. I write a lot due to constant reminder
notes for myself. Pen's light and I carry it with me. I am planning to restock
before it's sold out.

Pilot MultiBall Liquid Ink Pen - Fine Point - Blue
This pen is truly one of my favorites. The blue ink is so pretty, it is beyond
articulation. I have written on multiple surfaces, and the pen writes superbly
on all of them. The line it produces is fine and perfectly smooth. I have
hundreds of pens, and I would place this pen in my top ten, maybe even top five.
The price is unbelievable; the pen is of such high quality, yet it is very
inexpensive. This pen can be used for just about anything that you can think of
(drawing, note keeping, etc.). I highly recommend this pen. I am certain that
once you write with it, you will love it too.

Pilot MultiBall Liquid Ink Pen - Fine Point - 7 Color Set
I have no idea why these are called "markers". They are fine tip, roller ball
pens. I cannot get them to write on plastic - which is a bummer, since I
intentionally bought them because I'm a mixed media artist. Granted, they are
good pens - the ink flow is nice and smooth and the colors are true - but there
are loads of "good" pens on the market. I specifically purchased these because
of "their ability to write on multiple surfaces".
I bought these because I was looking for something to write over acrylic
paint...whch, I've found out, is asking for something close to a miracle.
I can't get these to write on anything other than regular paper - I can't even
get them to write on glossy card stock. Forget about glass and fabric...not
gonna happen! (They will mark on fabric - but they skip.) Maybe it's just me,
but I doubt it. I have a lot of experience with pens and markers, having spent
years as an artist - and even longer drawing and doodling. These pens are nice -
but pass on them if you are looking for something to write on a variety of
surfaces. There are other pens out there (at reasonable prices) that will do a
much better job.
I would rate these a 2.5 out of 5. Points given for the ink flow, the true
color, and the smoothness of the ink. Points deducted for not living up to the
claims made in the description (which is all I have to go on, since I can't read
the Japanese printed on the package).
