Just received my Pilot...
, February 15, 2013
Just received my Pilot Petit pens. I bought one of each style to try. The first
I tried is the Petit2. Plugging in the ink cart was a thrill since the body is
translucent. The ink raced to the tip in just a few seconds. Very cool. The pen
writes really well. The tip is firm and has a smooth, even feel. The line is
solid and sharp. I like knowing I can change/refill the pen unlike other pens of
this type. My initial impressions of this pen are quite positive. The blue/black
is also a really nice color, blue, but quite dark.

I've never heard of this...

I've never heard of this pen before I bought it. I've been using it at work
every day along with the Pentel Sign Pen (purple). The nib is definitely
medium. The color is nice and the ink flows easily. If you write on any paper
that is less than 20lb, the ink does bleed through the back. I haven't had the
problem when I use it on 20lb paper (Boise X-9 brand). You can use this and
white out without any real issues. Just don't press the nib down too hard.
Since 100% of my job is writing on documents, I thought the ink would run out
quickly. I've had the pen a week and it still has plenty of ink in it. The
small size isn't any issue either.
