I really adore the look and feel of this pen. It has a nice weight in the hand, and the nib is fantastic. The only thing keeping me from giving it a five-star review is that I struggle getting the converter in. It feels like there is an exceptional amount of force to get the converter snug enough to keep from leaking. (Maybe this is a problem with the converters instead) That being said, if I were allowed to give the pen a non-whole number, I'd say 4,75 out of 5.

I think the Pilot Prera is more stylish than my Lamys and Kawecos and, when flowing, is nice writer. For whatever reason I continue to fight with it to keep it from drying up between uses.

Too small, no heft = weightless. Neither is it average size, baby pen - like a Laban. Is this really a Pilot?!?

The other Prera I own is such a workhorse. It writes without any trouble. This has been a grand pen. It writes so smoothly and looks great. I'm glad that I found a Prera in a non-demonstrator model. The ivory is such a wonderful color. This is the most under the radar pen that Pilot offers.
