Easy to write with, a good blue color, affordable and with some effort and know-how can be refilled. Worth carrying with you for times when you need a good med point pen.

The ink is very dark on these disposable pens and flows quickly which allows bleeding and ghosting on regular paper.

Ugh--I hate this pen. You would think that a disposable fountain pen would be up my alley, given my inherent laziness and refusal to deal with ink bottles, but no, this is not a pen for me. The line is extremely thick compared to my other medium Pilots (Prera, Petit, Metropolitan), almost a 1.5 or 2. The pen leaves far too much ink on the paper as a result, though, as with other Pilot inks, I find it dries fairly quickly. I also found the tip to be incredibly scratchy, moreso than than even my Pilot extra fine Prera! The grip is just wrong in my hand, and it feels like a cheap pen. Overall, it's like the date I agreed to because he promised a steak dinner but immediately regretted, and no amount of perfectly cooked steak could erase the taste of remorse from my mouth.
