I bought this to go along with the Sailor desk pen I got my brother for his birthday. I sneaked a peek before wrapping it up. It is very well packaged. After he opened it, I got to see it in action. The swivel is very well constructed. It's tight and will stay where you put it.

Overall, good value and well made. I would recommend.

This pen stand is ok, I rated it mid range because I was shocked that it was plastic!
I was looking for a marble/onyx type stand. I contacted the company and they offered me a refund if I return this item. I it is resolved as well as can be expected if they don't carry another style.

I was not offered "free return shipping", however.
