The medium nib is quite...
The medium nib is quite wide. It works fine for drawing diagrams, but I find it
too wide for writing text. I ended up ordering a replacement fine nib from Retro
51. My advice to you is to get the fine nib version of this pen in the first
place and save yourself the extra hassle.
How about the rest of the pen? It is heavier than my other pen, a Lamy Al-Star,
but I like it. It is metal, so cold to the touch, but again I like that. The
brushed surface pattern is gorgeous and it is only a color pattern, not a
texture that your fingers will feel. A highly recommended pen, with one star
knocked off this model because the medium nib is too broad.
