Can't believe there's not a review for this yet. Amazing notebook. Cover feels great.. paper is exactly what you'd expect from Rhodia (perfect for fountain pen users). The dot grid is non-intrusive and serves a nice subtle guide for writing straight lines. Excellent notebook. Better than anything else out there. I wish they made a slightly larger size though like the Quo Vadis Habana. The paper on this Webnotebook is also not as beige as other reviews have stated.

This review is from Rhodia Webnotebook - Orange - 5.5" X 8.25" - 96 Sheets - Lined - Bundle of 2
The pricing is for 2 notebooks... And they are very very good notebooks at that.

Don't pay attention to any pretentious rants here about capitalism. Especially if the person who wrote them cannot be bothered read the product description.

Previous reviewer disparages the Ivy league, yet fails to comprehend the "bundle of 2" concept. May be a sign to switch to the black version of this terrific notebook.

This review is from Rhodia Webnotebook - Orange - 3.5" X 5.5" - 96 Sheets - Lined - Bundle of 2
I've used every kind of Moleskine in every size, and I pretty much thought that the Web Notebook would offer a similar experience. I'm happy to say that I like the Web Notebook so much more.

The paper is fantastic and the cover has a bit of a cushioned feel. I'm not a fan of using fountain pens everyday since I like to highlight things, but my Tombow Airpress plays nicely with this notebook. Plus, it's orange.

Doesn't get much better than that!

This review is from Rhodia Webnotebook - Black - 5.5" X 8.25" - 96 Sheets - 5 mm Dot Grid
Amazing quality, beautiful notebook! I have wanted a Rhodia Webnotebook ever since they came out w/the lined version many years ago, but I held out for the dot grid version....and wouldn't you know, they made one last year, and Jetpens carries it!!!! ^_^ yayyyy!
The Webnotebooks sold by Jetpens are the "3.0 version" with 90 gsm Clairefontaine ivory paper that accepts broad gel pens & fountain pens with NO bleeding or feathering (you CAN write on both sides of each page!), lies flat when open, & does NOT have the distracting Rhodia logo on the bottom corner of every page.
And if you use the 40% off coupon, or you buy the two-pack, Jetpens actually has the lowest price online.
If you like the "little black book" feeling of pocket Moleskines and the "art-journally" feel of those cool black hardbound sketchbooks, PLEASE grab yourself a Webnotebook and enter the world of grown-up journals :) because after I unwrapped my two dotgrid Webbies from Jetpens (one black + one orange, of course), I immediately gave away my remaining unused Moleskines and Piccadillies, because YES, Rhodia's Webnotebook IS just...galaxies away from those silly little Molies/Molie clones & their wafer-thin pages that feather/bleed & their weird oily moleskine covers that smell like chemicals. (P.s. then I came right back to Jetpens and got two of the bigger lined Webnotebooks plus a smaller size lined notebook-and I'm sure I'll be getting a couple blanks sometime soon).
The only reason I would ever hesitate to recommend the Webbies is if ivory paper isn't your thing...if you prefer bright white, then you may not *love* Webnotebooks. Jetpens has a pic of the ivory pages; if you look at the large blank Webnotebook with the black cover, you can see that the pages are ivory/off-white. To me, they are just lovely & it adds a little character to all of my various colors of ink; ink purist-types may prefer absolute white pages to experience the "true color" of their inks...to each his own!
But if you're already using a Moleskine-type journal with off-white pages, you only *think* you're happy.... For the same price, you could upgrade to a Rhodia Webnotebook and experience true luxury.
Suggested retail price..., April 23, 2013
This review is from Rhodia Webnotebook - Orange - 5.5" X 8.25" - 96 Sheets - Lined - Bundle of 2
Suggested retail price for these notebooks is $25.00USD each, they are not locally available anywhere I've been and the best prices I can find online are generally at least $6.00 more for two and shipping is additional of course. Rhodia notebooks are on par with Quo Vadis another brand that uses Clairefontaine paper and these two brands are the best notebooks I have found for use with fountain pens and various inks. If you do not use fountain pens you may not be as hard pressed to pay so much for a notebook as Moleskine is sufficient for pen and ballpoints but the craftsmanship is far superior with Rhodia and they are fairly priced here.

This review is from Rhodia Webnotebook - Orange - 5.5" X 8.25" - 96 Sheets - 5 mm Dot Grid - Bundle of 2
This notebook is fantastic!

- the paper writes like a dream with my Al-Star
- there's little (if any) bleed through
- the paper writes like a dream with my Tombow Zoom 505sh (mechanical pencil)
- the dots are non-obtrusive
- the cover is soft
- the paper lays flat when the book is flat

Next time I'm going to order the black cover though, but that's a personal preference rather than a performance issue.

I would definitely recommend for FP users (or anyone else)......

I love this notebook, actually I don't believe there is a better one out there. But Jetpens is OUT OF THEIR MINDS WITH THIS PRICING. I buy them over priced at the Container store for $18.00. That is a total of $36 for 2. Is Jetpens really selling 1 for almost twice as much and then trying to give you a deal for charging more than anywhere else for 2 and posing it as a good deal. I am really disappointed. Almost enough to not buy from them again. I believe this is taking advantage of there customers who might not know of this product and therefore don't look elsewhere. Yeah I know it is their stupidity and not Jetpens responsibility. F-that I believe companies need to be ethical in order to be worth anything and they need to only sell something if they are being of service and improving the lives of their customers. Capitalism doesn't mean rip off your customer, that is why people are believing socialism is the only way, we can't trust people will do the right thing. Leave it up to a few Ivy league wanna be business people to be the rip off artist. Good luck with your successes.
