A well built triangular shaped pencil. The best feature is the core; it is dark but wears very well, holding up to long bouts of writing and drawing. The finishing is not the greatest when compared against the Hi Uni, Mono, or blackwing, and the distinct aroma of cedar is not present. However, the look is unique and the user experience good due to the great core and easy sharpening. I would buy this again, just for its unique design and good writing quality.

Been a while since I used a wooden pencil but really enjoying this pencil. The shape works well in my hand and the lead erases easily. Highly recommend.

This pencil is great for sketching and its point stays sharp for a good amount of time. The first thing i noticed when i first started drawing with this was that it left a darker mark than most HB pencils but isn't as soft. All in all this pencil was well worth my two dollars an i will probably be buying another one soon.

My first non-round/hex pencil, and feels great. Interesting choice of colors, great black colored wood.

Different, very different...just need the sharpener to go with it!
