This is my new signature ink. And I mean for all my writing, not just signing
checks!
Sailor Jentle Blue-Black is a conservative, serious, masculine color, without
being pretentious. I love how quickly it dries (rivals Noodler's Bernanke
Black). Provides very nice shading and variation while remaining controlled and
precise. What I like best is that it took care of the little bit of "skipping"
I had on my Lamy 2000 (medium). Writes like a champ now. This is the only ink I
will be buy/use for a while. Its the most true "blue-black" I've seen. It's not
blue, not navy. It's really blue BLACK. A great alternative to washed out
blacks or harsh "printer tone" true blacks.
Pick up a bottle, you'll love this ink. And the filling cone inside the
inkwell-like bottle is genius. Thanks Jet Pens.. I'll be stocking up on this
stuff!
A blue black that leans...,

A blue black that leans toward black. It has the character of dark denim to my
eye. It has great legibility and serves as my alternative to black ink, which I
don't care for.
A great ink overall, but shows some hesitancy in dry writers.
