These are good pens and were once my favourite. I amassed a collection of these for drawing and creating zentangles an doodles--and then I discovered Rotring! The Micron is a good pen, definitely better than the Staedtler equivalent, in my opinion, but not as good as the Rotring. The tips and ink seem to last a long time. The barrel is more comfortable than the Staedtler but not as comfortable as the Rotring. I find the Rotring ink better.

Verdict: A good pen in any colour and a reliable, faithful standby.
