DescriptionSpecificationsFrequently Asked Questions
Bring your manga ideas to life using Sakura's Pigma Sensei drawing pens. Dubbed "Sensei" (means "teacher" in Japanese), these pens help you learn to draw like the pros. The pens draw with the same rich black Pigma pigment ink that manga pros have relied on for years. The ink is archival quality, smear- and feather-resistant, waterproof, chemical proof, and fade-resistant. It also does not bleed through most papers. The pens are perfect for creating your manga and comic illustrations. Use fine point sizes for facial expressions, lettering, and other details, and the bolder lines to create impact or fill in spaces.

Dimensions: 5.3 inches length, 0.4 inches diameter (13.5 cm length, 1.0 cm diameter).

Not impressed with this...

Not impressed with this pen at all. I will play around with it a bit more before putting it in my "backup" pen stash for when my favorite pens run out.

The feel on paper is ok. A little skippy and not totally even line weight. I'm not a huge fan of Sakura Pigma Microns, so I'm not that surprised that this didn't impress me. Even the regular Sharpie Pen has a better feel than this.

I'd suggest LePen Technical Drawing Pens, Staedtler Pigment Liner, or Copic Multiliner, for similarly priced disposable drawing pens.
