The Staedtler Triplus Fineliner Pens 0.3mm would be worthy of a 5-star rating, except for one important reason. The ink supply is inconsistent. Some are wet and terrific from the start and others arrive a little dry and therefore don't last as long. Correcting this inconsistency would be much appreciated. The colors are beautiful, they don't bleed, and the pen is comfortable. I appreciate being able to buy them individually rather than having to buy them in a set that has colors I don't need. I use them for "The Secret Garden" coloring book by Johanna Basford. She recommends them on her website.

Love the deep color, can't go wrong with a Staedtler Fineliner! ONLY downside is actually a neat feature if you ask me...it's longer than most. so not handy for pockets. But otherwise it's smooth to write with good color payoff, and won't dry out anytime soon.

I got two of these think they would be a nice red. They were a little dark, but I think maybe usable.
