I absolutely love these nibs! They hold a surprising amount of ink, so I don't
find myself constantly needing to re-dip in the middle of inking a sketch. These
have just the right amount of responsiveness I like to have while inking (some
line width variation, not that thick even when I press heavily). I only use a
handful of nibs for testing/experimenting purposes, but for me this was a

The quality of these nibs is quite fantastic. Very sturdy, very easy to clean,
very little break in time, and they don't wear down easily. If you're more
accustomed to the G-pen nibs these will feel a bit different. They're much
stiffer and make cleaner lines in comparison to the G-pen. Extremely good for
crosshatching, making speed lines, beta flash, background buildings that require
precision, or just inking a character of some sort.
I tested them on a few types of paper and found that they're good for most
thicker papers(90lb and up), and work especially well on watercolor paper
without snagging on the fibers. On lighter paper, such as computer paper, they
work, but having to use a heavy press to make thicker lines with these kinda
scratches deeply into it making fear I'll end up cutting through. That was my
experience with it at least.

Wonderful nibs for various writing - works well with different inks on very
demanding papers and surfaces. Started to work right away (some instruments
require break-in time) and lasts fine. Easy to clean, no oxidation.
Thank you, Tachikawa!

The quality of the nibs seem pretty good. It's my first time to use manga pens,
it feels kind of scratchy compared with a fountain pen, but it's nice to try
