Great pen!

Just a reminder to those who may not be aware -- the lighter gray color is generally used when writing on the outside of an envelope for letters of condolences and sympathy gifts -- the logic being, the ink on the brush is not bold/joyous because it's diluted with tears.

For example, you absolutely wouldn't want to use the gray ink for a wedding gift envelope...

Great pen for sketching! The brush nib isn't too soft and it yields a surprisingly varied line weight. I wish the grey was a little bit lighter, but that's a personal preference and takes nothing away from this great tool.

Absolutely love this pen for sketching and inking, you can get fine lines as well as thick lines. The grey ink is great for adding depth and shading. The ink is also waterproof. I will definitely be repurchasing this pen, its great.

I've had this pen for around a year and the grey end has finally begun to show signs of running out (so I'm getting a replacement right away). I must say that it is my favorite felt tip pen in my collection, and the shades of grey and jet black are absolutely perfect. The tip is rigid, and can't be considered a brush pen, but still has the flexibility to create some nice line variation in strokes. I would say this pen is best for artistic writings or drawing purposes- it should be noted that it's too thick to do thin or highly precise linework but not big enough to do especially dramatic strokes.
