True the ink of this..., September 13, 2012
True the ink of this Posca pen is a little thin. but it allows for layering.
Since I know how this pen acts I love it. the attributes allow for some very
cool techniques that can't be accomplished with other paint pens I've used. Also
it doesnt smell and allows you to layer without pulling up the line you just
layed down. if you are looking for a white pen try this. If you are expecting
white paint try a tube and a brush.

I purchased the POSCA..., June 21, 2012
I purchased the POSCA in an attempt to find my holy grail- a white brush pen.
Unfortunately, the POSCA has a lot of issues that prevent it from being such.
1. The ink is watery, and will reactivate non-water-safe ink if applied on top
(very important if you're a comic artist, and are using the white brushpen to
make corrections) 2. The ink isn't fully opaque, so even if it does not
reactivate the ink beneath it, there will be some ghosting 3. The pen is
pressurized, and may leak during barometric pressure shifts (or in an airplane
cabin). Unfortunately, I do not reccommend this product.

I've used these pens..., May 12, 2013
This review is from Uni Posca PC-5M Paint Marker - Medium Point - 15 Color Set
I've used these pens to illustrate on surfboards, wood, and heavy bristol. For
these applications, I love working with them. While the paint is water-based and
can seem thin in certain colors (particularly the white), they are capable of
very nice layering effects and offer up nice color. If you visit the Posca (UK I
think) website, they have a downloadable material list using a 5 point rating
scale to gauge performance on many different materials such as metal, wood and
glass. Easily the best water-based paint markers I've used.

This review is from Uni Posca PC-3M Paint Marker - Fine Point - 15 Color Set
I do an in-depth review of these, compared to the Montana acrylic markers on my
blog - http://www.acuriouskat.com/2012/09/montana-acrylic-markers-review.html
