  This eraser, I don't..., September 23, 2012

This eraser, I don't like because the eraser retracts when pressure is applied. The Knock 3.8 eraser does NOT do this.

  I absolutely adore this..., September 8, 2012
I absolutely adore this thing! This is the best stick eraser I have ever had the pleasure to own! I've had the standard Pen-tel click eraser, staedler peel away eraser and the tri-erase to name a few! This one, by far, surpassed them all! The casing is excellent, with a solid plastic body and wonderful color; also with and excellent grip on the eraser. The eraser itself is soft and very gently on paper yet erases very well! I'm already ordering another eraser piece!

  Slightly misleading,..., April 10, 2009
Slightly misleading, the eraser is actually only 5mm wide, not 10mm. Unless they were talking about the tube itself which just seems odd. If you notice the print at the top of the tube says medium which means there probably is a large version that has a standard 10mm eraser in it. Would be fantastic if Jet Pens carried it!

Soft eraser, easy to erase slim lines, dark lead tends to build up fast on the eraser and smudge so I recommend using a harder=lighter pencil lead 2H-4H if you want to use this eraser regularly. Solid construction, simple mechanism, I like the fact it is see through and that you get a good amount of refills for a fair price...

Years ago Mitsubishi..., October 25, 2008
Years ago Mitsubishi made these for Faber Castell under the name TouchMatic. They only came in black. The eraser was so small that I could get into tight spaces with it to erase fine detail. I liked the TouchMatic so much that I bought a box of a dozen just to get the refills. When I ran out of refills I was dismayed to find that they were no longer available. I looked on line time and time again for them to no avail. Then I came across the E-Knock. I discovered, to my delight, that it was the old TouchMatic reincarnated! I was elated! Now I not only have a new source for the refills I have a choice of a few delightful colors for the bodies as well. Kudos, JetPens, for bringing delight to this old heart.

I am an engineering major, and naturally I'm doing a lot of math all the time. This is great for fixing all those little mistakes. The eraser quality is much better than other similar erasers. Mine gets used a lot as my go to pencil is a kuru toga and we all know the erasers on them aren't worth...

This review is from Uni-ball E-Knock Eraser - Blue Body
I have been using this eraser for about 2 weeks now and I am really pleased with it. It is comfortable to hold and use, the clip makes it easy to attach to places, it is pleasurable to look at, and erases very well.

My only complaint is that the very top of the barrel has cracked (I am not sure how it happened), it is not affecting the performance at all but I hope it doesn't get worse.

I use this eraser a lot since I use a Kuru Toga and those erasers are so tiny I would have to buy a ton, because I erase quite a bit. Good price and the refills are also at a good price. This is a great eraser.

The eraser erases very..., March 6, 2010
This review is from Uni-ball E-Knock Eraser - White Body
The eraser erases very well, but the mechanism that holds the eraser slips occasionally, allowing the eraser to slide back into the holder. I need to extend the eraser often to compensate. The mechanism only slips when I hold the eraser perpendicular to the paper and am pushing down hard. If you only hold the eraser at an angle to the page, friction holds it in place well and you won't have any slippage problems.

If you are considering this product, the Tombow Mono Knock 3.8 is also worth a look.

This review is from Uni-ball E-Knock Eraser - Black Body
I've had this eraser for awhile now. The eraser is stiffer than other varieties and erases big blocks of text with ease. I have never torn a page(knock on wood) with this eraser unlike other mass market brands I've used. Overall I think this is a great value and would buy it again.

This review is from Uni-ball E-Knock Eraser - Black Body
Erases very well. I've been using this E-Knock for a week already and I love how cleanly it erases. It's a nice eraser to use with my KuruToga which doesn't have the best eraser included on it. My problem with this eraser is that the black piece where the eraser comes out, the tip at the bottom, comes off so easily. I can't tighten it or turn it to prevent the black piece from coming off. This is very annoying and I'm hoping I will not lose the tip one day if it falls off when I'm unaware. If it weren't for this little problem, this eraser would be perfect.

Very good eraser! it is perfect for students. the eraser inside is good quality, though it runs out fast. i personally think that if the plastic was opaque and a little bit heavier, it would look slightly less cheap. However, for 1.50 it is good.

Works well, the refills are cheap, and it is not at thick as other "mechanical" erasers. So it doesn't use as much space in my already full pencil case.

Others wrote that the quality of this eraser was very good, so i may have just received a lemon. The one I received is terrible, very low quality compared to standard erasers. It does not erase well at all, and is very hard. I will not be buying any more of these.

This is a pretty good stick eraser except for one thing; don't ever take the tip off. If you do and then put it back you might start a small hairline body crack that will eventually cause the tip to fall off. I fixed mine with crazy glue and its fine now, except for the cracks! For the price its very hard to fault and I would buy yet another (have two already).

As an engineering student, you go through a lot of lead and erasers. I bought this on a whim and it works wonderfully! Too much pressure on it can make the eraser slip back into the body. Overall, great quality. You may want to buy the refills. The one provided lasted me about a month a half / two months. My go to eraser next to my Tombow Mono block eraser!

This review is from Uni-ball E-Knock Eraser - Black Body
Let me start off by saying that I love this product. It erases very well, handling it is a pleasure. The only downside I have is that the barrel (where the thread is) has already developed 2 cracks, so if you erase at a certain angle the black tip falls off.

I don't erase hard, and it has remained in a backback that is lined and not very flexible. Not entirely sure how it happened. But I would definately buy it again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean eraser with great functionality.

I really love this eraser. I've had many different kinds of erasers, and this works the best when writing essays(timed) and drawing. It erases mechanical lead better than a wooden pencil. The only problem I had was the eraser ran out fast for me! Good thing they sell the refills!

This review is from Uni-ball E-Knock Eraser - Blue Body
This eraser was okay at first, but does not withstand much pressure, as I broke the cap in the front where the eraser usually comes out. Can be remedied with tape, but I find that the mono would be a better choice as it is more sturdier. Overall, good experience with this eraser but only used for daily mistakes and not those rough ones you REALLY want to get out.
