DescriptionSpecificationsFrequently Asked Questions
The sophisticated dark ink colors in Uni-ball's Jetstream RT BLX pens are subtle but catch attention for their uniqueness. These intriguing inks are created by infusing black ink with color. They dry quickly and are smear-resistant, which is great especially for left-handers. Writing is a smooth experience, and the lines are crisp. The pigment-based ink bonds permanently with paper, resulting in strong colors and document security. It is resistant to chemicals that can wash away dye-based inks, thus preventing check washing (a common method of check fraud). The ink is also acid-free, water-resistant, fade-resistant, and of archival quality. The pen is stylish with a dark barrel and sleek stainless steel accents.

Jetstreams are the only ballpoints I feel really deserve 5 stars, this one especially so. The red-black is really amazing. The only downside is the price: I'm not going to spend this much for a ballpoint very often, even an excellent one.

Usually, I dislike red ink, but this is so different and elegant. More like a burgundy--or Masala-like. Ok, colors are important to me!

Love the color and this one writes perfectly. I have a Purple Black that skips. Coming from a 207 & Energels these Jetstreams write super smooth almost too smooth?! It's almost like the pen is leading your moves.

A few things... I would prefer a bit of feedback off the paper/nib... But I bought it for the ink color & short dry time. I still prefer the design of the 207, this is less refined, more rubber coating the body. This might be the lightest of the Red Black inks... Even though this is a 1.0 it's not a thick line.
