The BLX collection of Uni-ball Signo 207 gel ink pens features intriguing dark colors created by infusing black ink with color. The pigment-based ink bonds permanently with paper, resulting in strong colors and document security. It is resistant to chemicals that can wash away dye-based inks, thus preventing check washing (a common method of check fraud). The ink is acid-free, water-resistant, fade-resistant, and of archival quality. You will also enjoy a comfortable writing experience, due to the textured grip.

Dimensions: 5.6 inches length, 0.4 inches diameter (14.1 cm length, 0.4 cm diameter).

I've got a handful of Signo 151's that I love, but the 207 is a disappointment. The ink clumps a lot and the pen consequently skips - and then of course the clumped-ink smear on the paper that messes up the already skip-laden writing. I'm not a huge fan of the wide barrel either, and the pen doesn't have quite as much weight as I like. After an amicable separation I left this one in the general collection of pens at work and I hope it finds a happy home.

I respectfully disagree with the other reviewer...this is a great gel pen! Mine is very smooth and doesn't skip in the slightest. This ink is a very attractive blue black color (though I was not a fan of the purple black, it looked a little dead/drab to me). The barrel is slightly wider than I would like but much narrower than many other pens these days, and it tapers nicely to the point so you can choke up on it a bit without discomfort. And I can live without a rubber grip, but I find this one to be an enhancement. Minus one star for *slightly* wide grip and because the writing is not quite as silky as the Pentel Energel.
