Description
The Uni Signo DX (UM-151) is claimed by some to be even better than the Pilot Hi-Tec-C! It comes in 0.28 mm and 0.38 mm tip sizes, comparable to the 0.25 mm and 0.3 mm sizes of the Hi-Tec-C.

The barrel and tip are a bit sturdier than the Hi-Tec-C, which might explain why converts love them. Users can enjoy clean and even flowing lines, and the strong tips can withstand all the heavy handed writing you can offer.

Like all our other pens, the Uni Signo DX is highly sought after by artists and writers alike, but difficult to find in the US.

Ink is waterproof and specially formulated to have low viscosity so that it won't spread on the paper.

I compared a green G-tech C4 .4mm with the green Uni-Ball signo 151 .38 mm. I used a cheap index card and wrote with both pens then poured two separate drops of sparkling water and let it stand for a couple of hours. After the hours past the G-Tech c4 washed out (you could still make out what was written but barley) and the lines of the index card faded away. The signo writing was STILL THERE as if I just wrote it. One thing that is different between the two is the color. One the g-tech c4 the green ink is more saturated and the signo has hints of yellow in its hue. Dont get me wrong the signo ink is very pleasant and its waterPROOF ability makes it a great pen. If waterproof ink is not important then the c4 and 151 are both nice.

I'm a huge fan of the tiny point and the color. The ink flows very well and writing with it is a pleasure. The design is also simple and quite pleasant.

These will most likely be my new go to pens for everything.
