I wish I read alli's review and stopped.
These pens are very poor quality. They do not erase. They lift the ink up
slightly but that is all. The rubber eraser actually makes a mess and wears very
quickly.
I wish I never spent my money on them!

I purchased and tried each type of erasable pen offered at JetPens (three
different Frixions, the Uni-ball Fanthom, and this Uni-ball Signo) and the
Uni-ball Signo was far and away the worst of the bunch.
It looks nice and it's convenient to have the eraser on the cap so you don't
have to remove the cap every time you want to erase, and it writes adequately
(-- not great, but adequate), but the erasability was very poor: the eraser only
served to fade the ink rather than erase it, and it was the only erasable pen
wherein the eraser wore down notably as you used it.
The other erasable pens (Frixions, Fanthom) actually are erasable, and I tried
mixing erasers and pens (using the Signo to erase a Fanthom, and using the
Frixion to erase the Signo, etc.), and found both the Signo's eraser and the pen
itself to be very poor at erasing/being erased.
Stick to the Frixions or the Fanthoms.

These are great! Very smooth writing. No skips or globs. Amazing erasibility and
nice colors. I'm very happy with these! And BTW, I received them sooo quickly,
too. Thanks Jet Pens!

Writes with smooth lines. If you make a mistake it erases with ease. The
mistakes can be erased with any eraser.

Uni-ball Signo Erasable Gel Ink Pen - 0.8 mm - 8 Color Set
I don't really expect a lot out of erasable pens and these are no exception. The
ink is watery and takes quite a while to dry. It seems more like liquid ink then
gel ink. Only when the ink is completely dry will it erase and even then, some
of the color is still left behind. Another thing is that after a while, the
writing on the page starts to smudge and fade away. This makes the pen even less
appealing for me. The only things I like about these pens are that they work on
every notebook I have (they don't skip) and the color is nice. Sometimes it
takes a bit for the pen to start up, but after that there're no problems.
Overall, these pens are okay, but you can do a lot better. They're currently my
last option when it comes to writing instruments.

Uni-ball Signo Erasable Gel Ink Pen - 0.5 mm - Blue
I didn't actually expect this pen to work. I remember the "eraseable" pens from
the late 80s, and how the eraser would wear a hole in the paper before actually
erasing the ink. Hope springs eternal, though, and this time, it was worth the
wait. The pen writes smoothly, the ink is a medium blue, and, though it does not
completely disappear when erased, it certainly erases well enough to fix an
"oops" here or there. I was pleasantly surprised, and will probably order some
more when they're back in stock.

This review is from
Uni-ball Signo Erasable Gel Ink Pen - 0.5 mm - Purple
Pros: beautiful violet ink, smooth application, nice-looking pen
Cons: erase-ability? not great.
As far as expectations go, this pen falls under the shadow of Pilot brand
FRIXION pens.
I wanted to give the Uni-ball Signo a chance, but it falls short in the
"Erasable Pen Category."
If you want a purple gel pen, take your pick from many, including this one.
If you are searching for an erasable pen that is worth every penny--Pilot
FRIXION is my suggestion.

Uni-ball Signo Erasable Gel Ink Pen - 0.8 mm - Black
What a terrible pen! It skips and the color is not saturated enough (black is
more like gray and blue is dull). You have to wait until the ink is completely
dry to erase. I do not recommend this pen.

Uni-ball Signo Erasable Gel Ink Pen - 0.5 mm - Black
I love these pens. Smooth to write with, nice dark ink. The erasable aspect is
fine, imo. It doesn't completely erase every trace of ink, but if I'm just
writing over the same space, I can't tell where I made the mistake unless I
really look. It does a lot better than most "erasable" pens I remember, and
better than I was expecting.

I bought three colors the pink, purple, and green.. So far I love how smooth the
ink flows. I haven't tried the eraser yet just cause they came in today. But so
far they seem like they would work great. I'm glade I got them :)

Wish I could say the same as everybody else but I actually found the ink a
