With their Signo RT1 pen, Uni-ball unveils an innovative tip design. The tip is rounded and edgeless to reduce friction against the paper, resulting in a super-smooth writing experience. Mirroring that smoothness is the simple body consisting of a clicker with clip, and a rubber grip that blends almost seamlessly into the barrel.
This pen works just fine. However, I bought it because it and some other pens
by this manufacturer were raved about by another writer as a gift from the
heavens, making writing a joy, and not a chore. It's not that good.
This is an attractive, sleek and well-made pen. However, it is not right for me.
I usually buy the Pilot G-2s 0.7 mm, and I thought I would try something
different. Obviously I knew that the 0.38 mm would be thinner, but I did not
realize it would be so "scratchy" with my hand-writing. I would buy this pen
again if it were available in 0.7mm (which it is not).
