I had heard so much about this ink. It has a large fan base among writers. So I
gave it a try and I am surprised that I love the color. I am very pleased that I
bought it.

I think Waterman's "Florida..., January 8, 2011
I think Waterman's "Florida Blue" is one of the best blue inks ever made. It is
a consistently excellent, safe, smooth-flowing deep blue. As the ink level drops
in the bottle, it can be tilted to rest on the angled side so it's still easy to
fill most fountain pens.

I bought this ink after reading how much people love it on the fountain pen
network and I am so glad that I did. It is a lovely blue ink. I love how it
looks when it is dry. And because it is a reasonable price you can spend all
day writing with it and not feel guilty about using it.

This review is from Waterman Nostalgia Fountain Pen Ink - 50 ml Bottle - Absolute Brown
This is a superb, "old school" ink with a lovely hue: warm without being too
reddish, vibrant without turning loud or showy. In my opinion, it is one of the
best browns one can find at any price.
It is neither particularly water resistant nor fade proof, but then fountain
pen inks of this classic type never pretended to be. It does, as many inks do,
become more "permanent' as it cures on the paper: things written a year ago
don't wash out as much as those only a week or so old. If you are writing your
will, signing a legal document, or penning a manuscript, might I suggest
something like Sailor Nano Ultra Black? For everything else, especially if you
like brown, this is a lovely, beautifully made and affordable ink. Highly
recommended.

Excellent ink for fountain..., May 1, 2011
This review is from Waterman Nostalgia Fountain Pen Ink - 50 ml Bottle - Intense Black
Excellent ink for fountain pens, ok for calligraphy pens. A bit too thin for my
1.9mm nib lamy calligraphy pen, it feathers out noticeably on complex letters
that require dark, broad strokes. But, it isn't advertised as a calligraphy ink,
so I can't ding it for that! Would be great for day to day use in the office or
journal.
