This pen is one of the smoothest writing pens I've ever used (admittedly, I haven't been using very many pens bought anywhere besides USA). The twist mechanism feels very solid and not much force is needed to "twist open" the pen.

The shape of the pen is really cool. The only complaint I have is that the clip is in a little engravement on the pen's body (As you can see in the picture). It does look cool, but I don't feel safe clipping it onto my pencil bag's pouch because I feel like it would snap off the clip because the pouch has to be curved into the clip.

I definitely recommend this pen.
