I wonder why this Multi pen is a lot more expensive than all the others.

This may be the most overpriced writing instrument at JetPens. It is snazzier then the standard Zebra Clip-Ons and has the nice touch of the cap over the eraser screwing on and off. But $45 is just ridiculous.

"You can barely tell it's a multi-function pen."

The above bit from the description is just flat-out wrong. The diameter of the gripping section is a little thinner, but I don't think anyone would ever mistake this pen as not being a multi-pen. Now the fantastic Zebra Sharbo X is a different story. Someone at JP should use the above line in the Sharbo X descriptions.

I should add that I bit the bullet and kept mine. It is a good mult-pen and I like the color combination. But I'll still only give it 3 stars because, again, the price is simply too much for a pen like this.

This is by far the BEST pen I have ever owned...I use it all day everyday for work and home. I had one like this before used it constantly for 2 years before it finally broke. I had to buy a new one that day! I have bought the less expensive ones for my children to use at school, and I often buy these for gifts. Everyone I have given one to has said that they can't go back to using regular old pens.

I am a teacher and I love that I have different color inks and a pencil all in one utensil. I have 4 of these pens actually. I initially bought the cheaper plastic casing but loved the pen so much that I asked for this one as a mother's day gift. It is pricey for the nicer casing but I have used only this pen all day long, all year long, for several years now. It is my favorite and was a nice gift from my children. I have the less expensive plastic casing versions for around the house or for my kids to use. They all work just as well as the expensive casing. I often give these pens as gifts for people in professions that use different colored inks.
