let me tell u somethin:
I am a nurse and I can assure u that workin in a hospital can be very stressfull and exhausting - you have to run alot, be alert all the time, write down notes for the docs and ALWAYS be ready and behave calm in case of emergency.

my colleagues and me we're used to carry a lot of pens, markers, pencils scissors, notes etc. and thats kind of annoying.
this multi pen is very practical; a substitute for 5 pens! no more worries about losing a pen or pencil again ;P

what I also love about the pen is its clip-on so it cant fall out of ur chest pocket if u have to bow down to pick up stuff or a patient who accidently slipped xD

nah just joking, anyways, if you are looking for a multi pen, then buy this one, u wont regret it.

Ahhhh the perfect laboratory pen. I need one in every brilliant colour there is!

EVERY nurse needs a 4 & 1 pen!! I have one... I keep it on me at all times... therefore I KNOW it is CLEAN!! And it does everything I need!! Four pen colors.. AND a PENCIL to boot!! Since I color code my Nurse Brain, this pen takes care of everything!! Allergies in red... primary diagnosis in black... surgical procedure in blue... scheduled meds in green... etc. So it's easy to find patient information at a quick glance!!

My pen is this obnoxious PINK!! LOL!! Not because I love pink, but because my pen is pretty fabulous & I don't want any of those lovely doctors 'accidentally' making off with my pen!! And my PINK pen screams "I don't belong to YOU." ;~)

I also love it because I can slide in onto the collar of my scrubs (again, so I always know where it is - and I try to NEVER set it down) and this particular version still has the 'clip-on' attached - even after a full year of use!! It's an AWESOME pen!! I am strangely attached. ;~)

I purchased a backup of this, which I used for about 5 minutes and then the click/spring mechanism to switch colors somehow jammed. The pen does not work anymore. . .what a waste! Just be aware that there's no way to replace or fix the springs since you can't really "take apart" the pen except for replacing the cartridges.

Despite that problem, I'm repurchasing more since it fits my hand perfectly. I tried the version with the metal rim but it ended up being a tad bit too large and heavy, making a big difference. I've also tried the Pilot multipen/pencil and Hit-Tec Coletto, and this one is my favorite in terms of feel/comfort.

The ink flows smoothly and I like the .7mm tip. I really CAN'T live without this pen...but 3 stars since I don't know if the "click" mechanism will fail me again.

I LOVE THIS PEN!! It is so light! Any other multi pen I have ever used has been to heavy for my taste. I've only been using it for a few days, but it is now my new favorite pen/pencil!!

My favorite multi pen!
(IMO, these are better than Pilot Dr. Grip 4+1 and 4+1 Light)

Super pen/pencil combination. I love the violet color of the barrel. Great value too!
