Although not the most aesthetically pleasing gel pen on the market, the Zebra
Sarasa excels in every area that matters. The barrel is comfortable--not too
thick; not too thin--with sufficient grip to keep from slipping. The
spring-mounted clip is brilliantly designed. Most plastic clips are merely
vestigial limbs, and not particularly useful without breaking.
The ink and writing tip are outstanding. I emptied an entire refill without a
skip, sputter or hesitation. The lines are slightly bold, but near the
advertised 5mm width. I found the tip very smooth. Unlike Pilot and Uni gel
pens, the Sarasa seems to dry incredibly fast with no smearing. I'm left
handed, so that is a big issue typically.
