Excellent Gel Pen! Compared...,
June 24, 2012
Excellent Gel Pen! Compared to the Pilot G2 and Uni 207 in 1.0mm this is my
favorite. My only concern is that JetPens doesn't have refills for it yet. I
do hope these are on their way! I figure if they sell the 0.7 refills they
should sell the 1.0 too right? After all it's the same basic pen. Anyway, this
is a very smooth writer and leaves a dark bold line. If you're in the need for
a 1.0 mm sized Gel Pen please give this one a try! For $1.30 US you can't go
wrong!

some folks might be put off by the thickness of this pen but i really like the
bold lines that it makes when I write my notes. hands down my favorite pen for
general note taking along with the 0.7mm point.

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.7 mm - Hunter Green
by far the best green pen on the market. so many other pens out there are the
ugly electric lime green color, which is not good for everyday use. other greens
are often still too vibrant. however, this green is a little more masculine and
professional--that's why i love it. it is my number one go to pen!

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.7 mm - Port Red
This color is amazing. Not quite brown, not quite red. Excellent change from the
ol' blue or black. The ink is wetter than the Uni-ball ink (which I like) and is
super-smooth!

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.7 mm - Olive Green
Olive Green doesn't fit the true color of the pen, more like a lime color.
Anyways, this pen is not a good choice for notes or writing in general; but the
pen is great for circling things like when you're editing some work. For writing
I always prefer black ink which stands true for most of the Sarasas. The grip is
comfortable and the clip is good. Over all a very exceptional pen.

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.5 mm - Black
Try this pen out and you will see why I buy these by the case. They write like
butter on a hot pan. No matter what kind of paper you are using whether you are
signing a receipt or writing you next New York Times best seller or filling out
forms you can't go wrong with them. Great for writing in Japanese or Chinese as
well. Love these!

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.5 mm - Blue
It comes out skipping when I first remove the pink cap from the pen. I had to
scribble at first on a scrap paper. It writes so well now after doing that. The
ink is slightly darker than the usual blue u see, so I was really surprise at
first.
I really like how this pen writes and the grip to it. It is really different
than the G-2 that I am used to. Would recommend it to others.

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.7 mm - Olive Green
I purchased this when I needed to add an olive green to my collection...
unfortunately it is not an olive green at all. It's closer to a lime green, only
a tad darker. The pen itself was okay, but since I had bought it specifically
for it's olive green color, I was disappointed.

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.7 mm - Cobalt Blue
I have several of these pens in cobalt, which I find to be a beautiful color.
Unfortunately after a short while the ink supply becomes very dark and no longer
writes as it did at first. It seems something changes as the ink ages so do not
expect a consistent color.

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 1.0 mm - Blue
I need a bold blue pen to sign documents. I have so far gone through two dozen
or more of this bold point pen with never a failure or an issue with the
mechanism. For a bold point pen the ink lasts a long time and the cartridge is
really empty when it's done with so there is no waste of ink. Every single one
I've used has written smoothly. I also use Sarasa Zebra pens for artwork and
they are likewise a great and reliable pen. I wish I could find 1.0 blue refills
which would be more economical.

I love the sarasas. they are comparable to G-2 and the colors are usually much

I have had some inconsistencies with this particular color. Some pens run very
dark and beautiful to my tastes; while others have a very light and watered down
look-similar to the cap but too light to read.

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.7 mm - Olive Green
Yikes! Not olive at all, but sort of a deep lime green. I have an elderly pen in
this color; the ink was indeed an uninspired olive, but sometimes you just need
to write something in drag olive. Or I do, anyway. I was SO disappointed with my
new "olive green" Zebra Sarasa retractable gel ink pen: the color was a kind of
"Livid Lime." Or "Radiant Bile." It's a little darker than many lime greens, but
still not useful for much of anything. Skip it!

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.7 mm - Cobalt Blue
Outstanding pen. I love the Sarasa line of pens by Zebra. They are my "go to"
pen for nearly every project. This particular pen is especially wonderful -
the ink is an unusual blue-gray color that is serious, yet distinctive. I have
experienced no problems with the ink color darkening over time - from the start
on to the end of the ink supply, I find the color to be the same. Love this
pen!

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.7 mm - Indigo Blue
This is absolutely the best pen I have found. The ink flow is smooth, not
scratchy. The ink dries quickly when put down on paper, so no smears. The blue
black color is excellent. Formal like black ink with a bit of flair. I even
use these refills in my Mont Blanc Generation rollerball pen.

I hope that Zebra comes out with another great gel pen in this color. I do all
of my writing with these pens.

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.7 mm - Olive Green
I agree this is one of my least favorite in the Sarasa Collection. It's a bright
candy green that's too bright for most applications, however— when it dries
it tends to who better. Not something I'd use for business unless I had to
highlight [circle] something. Yet, it's affective.

Zebra Sarasa Retractable Gel Ink Pen - 0.7 mm - Indigo Blue
Not the absolute best pen I've ever ever used but pretty darn good. Indigo ink
is gorgeous! I prefer the Sarasa Push Clip instead though. 1) The push clip has
the clip which you can play around with and 2) the grip on the push clip is 8 mm
closer to the end of the pen than this version. I hold my pens pretty close to
the end and with most pens I end up barely using the grip. Also, the body is a
dark clear plastic in this version which I thinks looks very nice. On the push
clip version, it's plain clear and doesn't look as nice.
