Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
Orders are usually packaged and shipped within one business day after they are processed online. Orders placed by 10:30 AM EST on business days will usually be shipped the same business day. JetPens does not ship on weekends and holidays. Time in Transit listed below begins once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping:
FedEx Address Policy: For packages shipped by FedEx, if a package is returned or if the address is corrected by FedEx due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or if a package is addressed to a PO BOX, JetPens reserves the right to charge an address correction fee (up to $10). Furthermore, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping charges again if they would like the package re-shipped. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, so please double check your address.
International Shipping:
Note to Non-US Purchasers: Your country's government or customs office may charge you a customs duty or import tax on your shipment. As the importer, you are responsible for all customs duties imposed by your respective government. JetPens has no control over the duty process and is unable to provide any information about possible duties, charges or rates in advance, as each countries' laws and rates are different. Please consult with your local customs office for further information.
Signature Confirmation:
A Signature may be required for delivery for your protection for domestic shipments valued at $150 or more, FedEx, express mail shipments and global express mail shipments.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is charged for shipments delivered to California at the rate of 7.25% (8.25% for deliveries within Santa Clara County).
Tracking Information:
The USPS only provides partial tracking information, which means your package may not appear in their database until it nears its destination. Do not worry if you receive the following message at the USPS website when attempting to track your package -- if you have a received a shipment notification from JetPens, your package is on its way.
Returns:
JetPens stands behind the products we sell. We accept returns of all new, unopened and unused products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for return, products must be received at the return center within 50 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
