We were met with much dismay when news broke out that the Petit line was being discontinued. The pens have evoked a deep affection out of their rabid fan base for their fun colors, compact yet comfortable size, affordability, and fine performance. Because of this, we've received so many inquiries about the status and whereabouts of the pens when they disappeared. Having previously had to deliver unfortunate news about the Petit Pens, we're now much more pleased and excited to announce that these pens have returned!
We all have a creative side, and wether that is on display publicly in our artwork, or tucked away privately in our journal, there is one pen that can handle it all: the Sakura Pigma Micron.
The Micron has been a long time favorite of artists, illustrators, crafters, writers, and just about anyone with a need for a high quality pen that they can count on. Why is it so popular? It is all about the ink.
The pigment ink used by Sakura was created over 25 years ago, and is widely known for its archival quality. The ink is permanent, waterproof, fade resistant, and doesn't bleed, smear, or feather on most paper types.
When customers are looking for an archival quality pen, the Pigma Micron is at the very top of the recommendation list. That alone makes this pen a JetPens Classic.
Here's another sneak preview of one of the new products we're bringing in next week!
The Staedtler Triplus FineLiner Pens make the world a more colorful place with their superfine, metal-clad tips.
They have an ergonomically shaped triangular barrel, helping you add color your work with hours of fatigue-free writing.
Another great thing about these pens (besides the multiple colors available) is that they are tested "dry safe" and can be left uncapped for days without drying up! The pens are also "airplane-safe," as they prevent pen leakage while on board an aircraft by automatically equalizing pressure.
As another bonus feature, the Staedtler Triplus FineLiner box set converts into an easel-like pen stand, allowing you to easily access each color when you need to.
Keep an eye out on our New Arrivals section for the Staedtler Triplus FineLiner pens along with more new products next week!
The ink of the Pilot FriXion pen is thermosensitive - it becomes clear when it is exposed to heat. This special video submitted by customer Gentian shows how the ink becomes transparent when exposed to heat from a tea kettle and reappears when exposed to cold air from a freezer.
The Pilot FriXion line is available at JetPens available in a variety of different gel ink pens, markers and even highlighters!
