Uni-ball Mitsubishi Posca Color Metallic Marking Pen - 0.7 mm - Set of 7

The standard line of POSCA markers, you can find in the US, but these glitter markers, you can only find online. They're excellent pens that have a shimmer to them. You might think because they're labelled markers, that they're really thick, but in actuality, they're fine tips enough that they write like a 0.7 mm glitter pen.

A friend of mine who bought these used them to write addresses for her Christmas cards, and she loved them.

Things about this pen that are great:

-They're more shimmery than glittery, so the ink is a little bit more sophisticated.

-They're water based and they dry fast, unlike some gel pens.

-In addition, they're multi-surface, kid-safe pens. That means you can use these pens to decorate not just paper, but photographs (you can see here that I drew a rainbow and YUM on the photographs, and it turned out really well), plastic surfaces (I wrote JetPens on the cover of this plastic), glass, and even crazy things, like your nails (I'll draw a happy face on my thumb).

-And the best thing about them is that they're kid safe, so they'll wipe clean with a damp cloth. With all those expensive electronics at home, you don't want your kids running around with a permanent marker.
