I've seen both these at uwajimaya, you could try looking for one in your town, but beware, you might leave spending more than you anticipated haha!

You live near China Town too? Excellent, I need to ask you a question. Does uwajimaya carry Signo DXs or Jetstreams in .5mm?

They carry jetstreams in .7mm, not sure about .5mm or the signo DX's, but i I'll probably be going sometime next week, so I'll get back to you on that.

Also, there are different color Puma Pencil bags, like Black and White (i figured that after doing a Google search, but they are all made in Japan), i did find couple of listings on ebaY (some of the pouches can be used for Cosmetic and/or stationery accessories).
