Which do you like better: pens with caps, or retractable pens?

USually I like pens with caps because it makes the pen longer and more comfortable to hold. I like retractable if the pen looks nice as a retractable & is long enough to begin with.

Like the Pentel RSVP pen, I definitely like the cap version because the retractable version is sooo short and just not comfortable to write with.

I agree, caps somehow make a pen look that much more sophisticated... something to do with the shape of the barrel and the less asthetically pleasing aspect of a little knob sticking out of the nether region of a retractable :wink:

I like RT's. No cap to loose and I can operate it with one hand. Plus I like the sound of the "clicker" as I repeatedly 'click ' the pen over and over and over and over and... eh-hum. It's also a nice way to irritate someone you don't like. :wink:
