I am looking for Zebra A-100 Refill 0.7 mm Japan 00.02. I cannot find it in the JetPens selection. Is there a equivalent refill in the list?

Is A-100 the refill designation or the pen designation? I can only find refills for the F series and a 4C refill. JetPens carries more than that. I can not find a pen or refill under the A-100 designation. :(
