hello everyone

i bought a hello kitty pen i think like 6 years ago and i need a refill for it but it seem that they don't sell it anymore
it uses a

PILOT LHKRF-C3 and its 0.3mm tip

is there one that is similar or perhaps they still sell it?

i really love this pen because it hold sentimental value so
if anyone can help me out i would really appreciate it. :)

How about providing a picture? Might be easier to see with one.
Perhaps you could try using some other pen refil instead?
