Hi I have a question. I know this should go in the "how do i" thread but nobody has answered there for weeks! Anyways, my mom recently bought me this Uni Clipturn pencil/pen/pen combo form Taiwan but I do not see a opening for lead refills and plus I can't read the instructions because it's in japanese. This is strange. Does anyone know where I can put lead refills in? Or do I have to insert it from the tip of the pencil. Also, I also have the same problem with my Uni x-gel pencil/pen combo.

unscrew the barrel on the black lower grip. Simply pull off the exposed white pencil barrel section. Drop a lead into the chrome tube and replace the white barrel. Screw on lower grip. Job done.

^Eventually, most mechanical pencils can be taken apart in a similar fashion, but if all else fails, you could always do the 'ol feed lead up the tip of the pencil thing by holding the clicker down and pushing lead up the tip. :P Too bad the lead tends to break this way though :(
