I just received mine and love it, except that I can't refill the pencil lead! I've read the tutorial on the website, as well as another one in this forum. However, the problem is that I don't know how hard I should be pulling. I tried tugging quite a bit at the pencil tip to get it out of the main lead storage tube, but I'm afraid of breaking the pencil. Anyone with this pen want to share some insight?

Nevermind, got it to work!

For anyone having the same problem:

The part that comes off is all of the front, including the spring and the piece above it. Don't be afraid to pull hard, just make sure the cartridge is vertical, and you won't break it. Also, the pencil comes with one piece of lead pre-loaded, but you have to press down on the clicker/clip to advance lead. Press until you feel a click. If there's no resistance, you're not pressing hard enough.

I'm so glad that you figured it out (then shared with the rest of us how) because I have had absolutely NO experience with that multi pen! I was hoping that someone would chime in with a post telling you how to get it apart but you figured it out for yourself and then posted back on how it's done. Thanks and welcome to the forum.

you could do it the old fashion way by sticking it from the tip :lol:
