What is the difference between the tachikawa pen holder model t-40 (that is sold out at the moment) and the model 36. There doesn't seem to be much difference to them unless the cap for the t-40 is so awesome and that is why it's sold out?
My speedball pen holder is annoying because when I take it out, it's like the nib is stuck so it hurts my fingers unless I use something to cushion the nib edges. So I'm looking for a good replacement for drawing comics. |

It's just a marketing gimick really the colored grips I have some T-40s and some T-25 I bought at Akadot retail not here =)
I think the colored grips might be a tad shorter then the T-40
I buy some Pen nibs years ago off ebay I use Falcon 048 esterbrooks have a couple hundread of them but don't split the flangs when I use em for inking still playing around but gradually getting better.
I choke up on the pen holder for details and choke up towards the back end for longer lines.
Still works beter then markers but it takes alot of pratice |
