I was wary of spending $54 on a set of pens, but it was well worth it. The colors are bright and not hard at all to see, even the orange ones. They write very smoothly.

Overall nice pens. Picked them up original when visiting Japan on business and have yet to go back to full sized. They write smooth and the design helps to keep the ink from getting on your hands. These pens are so cool!! I have a lot of fountain pens from pilot, but these are the best ones! The only bad thing I have to say is that the green one doesnt work very well, but otherwise they are the greatest pilot fountain pens ever! I highly recommend this package not only because it comes with 12 of the 14 colors, but also because they work great and they are refillable.
