Horrible buying experience...

Horrible buying experience with Jetpens this time. Last month, I ordered this
pen and received it few days later (fast shipping as always). Unfortunately, I
got a pen showing some scratches (oh no, not again). I don't want to believe
that they sent me a pen that was already used. I rather think that Jetpens
needs to find a better way to store their inventory in the warehouse (to prevent
them from rubbing together). Anyway, the pen was not acceptable to me. I
requested RMA and processed the return. I had a simple and smooth return with
Jetpens before (a pair of $ 6.75 scissors by USPS first class). However, I
failed to consider that Rotring 500 0.7 mm is so popular on eBay, and I still
sent it by USPS first class. I have never lost mail before. What bad luck, my
Rotring 500 package vanished after three weeks of waiting and emailing Jetpens
back and forth. I even attached my mailing receipt from UPSP to them. Jetpens
said they cannot do anything unless I can provide a tracking number.
Sigh....... I learned my lesson here.
