I got one of these a while back and I love the thing. It looks better and better
with age. You get what you pay for, as far as journals / notebooks go, they
don't get any better. I recommend Midori Traveler's Notebooks to anyone and
everyone. They are customizable and make for a great companion for any writer,
I bought these to fill in color in my Moleskine Sketchbook. I did not want
watercolors or anything that would bleed through the paper, but I wanted a brush
type pen, so even though these are a little pricy, I gave them a try. I am glad
I did! They do not bleed through the Moleskine Sketchbook pages and I have used
them quite a bit in a variety of sketches. The colors are very basic and work
well for what I use them for. The tips are smooth and the color flows perfectly.
This is a must have for anyone wanting to add little splashes of color to their
The color is brilliant and truly stands out, this is just the housing for the
ink, it doesn't include ink. I knew that when I bought it, but I just want to
make sure everyone knows. However, it is a very high quality and well designed
body. If you want a good brand to stick with when buying pen ink refills, and
believe me there are tons of options for the refills, then get this.
I know that some people don't like this refill or the pen in general, but I
truly love it! The ink is very fluid but doesn't clump up, and it is one of my
favorite pens to sketch with in my Moleskine Sketchbook because it does not
bleed through the paper unless you go absolutely crazy in one spot on the page.
It gives you the option to write smooth thin lines as well as larger thick
strokes. Give it a try!
This is a fantastic pen for making noticeable outlines. Being a 0.1mm tip gives
me the control over what I want to do with it that I love, and the results that
stand out. It's not too thick, but perfect for making outlines which is what I
mainly use it for.
This pen is great for outlining very thin lines on my sketches. I have wanted to
try them out for a very long time and now I have gotten around to it. I
understand why they are so popular. This particular one, the 0.05mm, is great
for thin lines and making things pop a little more on the page. Very nice and a
simple design that you would recognize anywhere.
Wow, I was really surprised by this pen. I thought that the price was a little
high for a seemingly basic ink pen, but now I understand. I use this for all of
my sketches now, the ink is very fluid but doesn't blob up at all, the pen is
very light-weight and think so it feels great to hold for long periods of time.
Well worth the money!
I use this to outline my sketches and it really makes them pop! It is very easy
to use and a smooth tool to use when outlining things you've drawn or sketched.
I don't use it for writing text like it was intended, but it is one of the best
outliners I have found for the price.
