The Hobonichi planner...

The Hobonichi planner is by far the best paper planner I've had, however, the black cover of the planner transfers pigment to the inside of the fabric cover. The fabric cover also picks up stains from anything that it rubs against in your bags. I would recommend getting a darker colored cover for next year's release.

I've had this pen for 2 years, it's my favorite Jetstream multi-pen for the price. I haven't tried the Jetstream metal body multi-pens, but I have tried other Jetstream plastic body multi-pens. The body is made of plastic but it's what makes the pen light weight, and probably more affordable. The twist mechanism to switch from the different pens and pencil is also a great attribute, many clicker type multi-pens tend to have a lot of bulk at the end where the clip is located, this pen is on the slimmer side considering the other types of Jetstream pen models. If you want a light weight, slim, Jetstream multi-pen, I would definitely recommend this model. The only con is not having an eraser, however, that's a feature I tend to overlook since I don't use the pencil as often as the pens. I have this pen in 2 different body colors and I've purchased them to give away as gifts.

I've had this pen case for over a year and it's still in great condition. I use this case to bring my favorite writing utensils and colored pens to/from work, on a daily basis. I've tried other pen cases but ended up using this one the most for the fact that it's very light weight, compact with a slim profile, lays flat when opened, and is soft sided. The front pocket makes the case sort of bulky if you store too much in there, I tend to keep pen refills and flags or post-it notes, but overall great slim case if you don't need to tote around too many supplies.

This notebook is definitely a conversation starter, and the paper is so unique. I did some testing of my own on one of the pages in the back of the book, just to see what writing tools were best to use on the paper. What I found was gel ink pens less than 0.5 mm worked the best, the smaller the nib the better. Ballpoint pens came in second and roller ball pens and pencils were a no go. The paper isn't as absorbent as regular bond, so the ink kind of floats on the surface until it dries. I'm left handed and saw that the roller ball pens smeared, a lot. Pencil also didn't make the cut because I did an eraser test with a polymer eraser and rubber eraser and saw that the lead did not erase well at all. I did a few pencil sketches on my test pages and didn't have an issue with using pencil on the paper, however, the fact that erasing doesn't work defeats the point of using a pencil.

This pen is definitely one of Pentel's smoothest writing ballpoints. The ink doesn't smear or skip and writes a solid black line. The only con is the pen body. The green part of the body is a type of soft plastic, that has some give but isn't as soft as most pen grips, so it's not very comfortable. Rather than have the pen go to waste, I reused the ink cartridge in another retractable pen body. I probably won't buy this pen again, but will definitely purchase the pen refill.

When I first started using the pen I noticed a rattling noise, which I think is caused from the clicking mechanism on top of the pen. The noise doesn't really bug me, what I don't like about the pen is how the ink skips. I'm not sure if it's the angle that I'm holding the pen causing the ink to skip, but I noticed a significant difference from the regular Uni Jetstream 0.5 pen. I wanted to try this pen out because of the slim body but I'm finding out that the regular Jetstream writes better.

This bag is the perfect size. I keep it in my purse and use it to carry work home and as a book bag. I don't think I'd use it to carry groceries, because the print is really pretty and I wouldn't want to mess it up. When expanded it fits quite a bit: my folio (9.5"x13"x1.5"), a few magazines, a couple of books, a few notebooks, and sometimes my pen case. The fabric isn't as thin as some of my other nylon shopper bags, and has held up nicely to daily use. I definitely recommend this bag and will be buying some of the other colors.

The erasable ink piqued my curiosity so I thought I would try this pen out. I wasn't really impressed when I started using it, although the ink is erasable with the frixion tip on the opposite end, the ink itself is more pink in color. The ink also skips, which I thought was weird because usually gel ink pens write nice solid lines. The pen body isn't as comfortable as it looks, the body is actually very stiff and the rubber grip isn't very comfortable on the fingers. Its a nice looking pen and if you're looking for ink that erases then I would recommend buying, otherwise I don't think I'll buy this pen again.

I really like this red pen. The ink rolls out smooth just like the name advertises, and the ink does not skip. I also really like the ink color, it's a nice medium red shade. The rubber grip also has a nice subtle curve to accommodate fingers. I will definitely buy this pen again and in other shades.

As mentioned in other reviews the rattling can be a bit distracting. I don't dislike this pen, but it's not my favorite. I like the fact that it has a wooden body which is soft to touch and light in your hand, however the wood is prone to dents, marks, and other types of blemishes. I haven't experienced any issues with ink flow, or ink beading at the tip but I don't use this pen extensively. I purchased it as a companion to my A6 pocket notebooks which I use for writing lists or jotting down short notes.
