I was fairly disappointed..., August 7, 2012I was fairly disappointed in this pen. The point size is more like a 1mm than a
0.3mm, and the ink bleeds through even the best of papers. The only plus is
that it is comfortable to hold.

This is one fantastic..., June 29, 2012This is one fantastic pencil! I have used Pentel Kerry's for over 10 years, and
after damaging my last Kerry I decided to try the Tombow Zoom 505. I have now
been using the Zoom for over a year for note taking and technical sketching, and
have found it to be extremely well balanced, and a joy to hold (because of the
"perfect" rubberized texture on the grip area). The lead feeds precisely, and
the chuck holds on to the lead until that last bit is gone. The cap posts
smoothly with a quiet click, and the lead advance provides a controlled amount
to the tip every time. The pencil finish is superb, and does not show any wear
or scratching, even after a year of long days in the field with some
not-so-loving treatment.
While the Zoom was about double the price of the Kerry, I have found it to be well worth the extra cost. Actually the pencil is a real bargain, considering the exceptional workmanship and materials used. If you write or sketch for long periods on a daily basis, this is the pencil you you will want to buy! |

The Tradio Energel is..., April 3, 2012The Tradio Energel is simply a fantastic pen! Great balance and grip area, and
with a 0.5mm refill installed in place of the standard 0.7mm refill, it puts
down a perfect line width of extremely smooth, fast drying ink. Just great!

Fantastic pen! I have..., December 5, 2011Fantastic pen! I have used the Pilot Hi-Tec for many years, but thought that I
would give the Pentel Energel Euro a try. The ink is wonderfully smooth, dries
quickly and is a deep rich color of blue. If you are accustom to using a 0.5mm
(Hi-Tec), you may want to try one of the finer points, as the Pentel 0.5mm seems
a tad broader. The pen size and weight, in conjunction with the grip is much
more to my liking in comparison to the Hi-Tec. Once again, JetPens has provided
another great writing instrument, which can't be found anywhere else here in the
U.S.

the Ain is exceptionallyl smooth, dark and extremely strong. Don't mess with
the rest - you won't go wrong with this lead!

This is truly the best..., September 9, 2011This is truly the best eraser I have used! The flat configuration of the eraser
itself provides total, precise control and the eraser carrier is very thin
making it convenient to carry in your pocket. Because of the precise control
capability, I find that I use less of the eraser and the refills seem to last
for a good deal of time. Well worth the cost!

This is the ultimate..., July 12, 2011This is the ultimate 0.5mm pencil! I have owned just about all the others, and
while many have been good, none have approached the "great" which this pencil
represents. The advance/retract mechanism is smooth as silk, and the balance
and weight of the 800 is absolutely perfect. Yes, I understand that the price
is a bit above some other contenders, but no other pencil comes close in
comparision.

OK! I am totally impressed..., May 9, 2011OK! I am totally impressed with the Pure Malt Multi, but if you want an
unbelievably beautiful one, try this limited edition navy.
The Uni-ball Pure Malt pen is both, a very unique multi-pen as well as an extremely functional tool. I was impressed with the exceptional design characteristics, as well as the flawless construction of the pen. Fit, finish and performance are fantastic. The blending of the Suntory cask wood into the pen construction makes each of these instruments totally unique. A very reasonable price for such a wonderful pen!.. |

The Pilot Acroball has..., January 5, 2010The Pilot Acroball has the most phenomenal ink of any ballpoint pen I have ever
used! It is smooth, intense in color, and writes the second it hits the page. It
is has all the good characteristics of a gel ink, without the drawbacks
(smudging, tip build-up, etc.). This is a pen you won’t set aside, or loan!
