I just got this in a few days ago and I'm in love with it. It's a very nice
dusty purple ink. It has just a TINY bit more blue tone than what you can see
in the picture. I thought at first it was a very light purple but once it dried
it was dark like I wanted.
I've had this for a few days now and I love it! I bought it specifically to draw
with and I'm very impressed. I actually bought all the colors! The line is fine
like I wanted and the color is brilliant and consistent. I also spent some time
writing with them and they are awesome! I like the thin barrel since my hands
are small and the color range can't be beat!
I use this lead in the PG2 for my precision drawing. It's thin and gets the
details where I need them to be. HB is the perfect hardness for my needs. A few
things of note: This lead is VERY thin. Too much pressure and it will break. Not
suggested for heavy handed drawers! Also, too much advanced lead makes it
weaker. Overall, I'm very pleased.
I bought this for drawing superfine lines on my portraits and it's the answer to
alot of my drawing problems. I'd like to see the body made out of something
other than plastic though. The weight feels balanced so it's nice to hold.
General writing is impractical with such thin lead; the lead breaks or snags the
paper. I don't use this at all for writing so hence the 5 star.
I love this case! It holds all of my drafting pencils, leads, erasers, and other
small drawing items without any problems. There's alot of room in there! I like
how tough the case feels; it doesn't feel like something's going to break in
there during transportation. The compartments and pockets make storage efficient
so I know where everything is without rifling through. I haven't had
staining/rub off problems from the fabric.
