This is an okay multipen. You are much better off getting the SARASA3. First,
the gears of this pen is mediocre. Sometimes the twisting mechanism gets a bit
stuck and the force required to turn it is uneven. Second, I have no idea how to
advance the lead (button on top didn't work), and I didn't really bother trying
to figure it out because i was already frustrated with the twisting mechanism. I
supposed it just personal preference but I really like the push down multipens
as supposed to the twisty multipens.
This pen isn't bad....it's that there are other better pens out there that I
think would be better. Buy it if you are certain, but if you are on the fence
about this pen, then I suggest getting something else.
This pen is great. I bought it because I thought it looked silly but after using
it for a bit, it's great.
Even if you don't want the whole tip retraction thing, this pencil is just a
good pencil in general. The barrel is shaped in a way that makes me write faster
without my hand becoming sore. The shakey part has this nice spring to it which
makes it a lot funner to shake than any other shakey pencil.
The two things that I don't really like about this pen is that the tip (the
little metal bit) sometimes unscrews and I have go do and screw it back. It's
just a tad annoying, and not that bad at all. The other problem is that because
this pen lack a long lead guard, the lead breaks a good amount. Of course it's
not that big of a deal if you can shake it to advance more lead quickly, so I
dont really mind.
This pencil, overall, is good. I really like it and it's such a lovely color
that writing with it is fun. BUY IT!
This pen is really really good. I've bought a lot of 0.4 SARASAs, but this pen
is by far the best. It's ink flow is really smooth--smoother than the other 0.4
SARASAs. This is the pen I immediately grab when I go to take notes. It doesn't
have that scratchy feeling but it also isn't too slippery. It has the perfect
This pen also has the prettiest ink ever. It's this beautiful purple that is
dark enough to easily read but not too dark. It's hard to explain the beauty of
this pen's ink. I have gotten tons of compliments on the color of this pen's
ink--even from guys. They just have to admit that this color is really really
I used up another one of these. I will buy them forever and ever and ever. BUY
THIS PEN IT'S SO PRETTY AND SO GOOD.
This is a good pen. The inflow isn't the best out of all of the Pilot Hi-Tec-C's
but it's still very good. This color is on the lighter side, so I don't
recommend using this to take notes. I have tried to use it before, and it's
definitely passable, but you're much better off using a darker pen that won't
hurt your eyes when you go back to read your writing. I use this pen along with
other pens for drawing functions on graphs because it isn't to overwhelming yet
is still quite visible.
Great pen. Imagine 3 SARASAs in one pen. Awesome. Just pure awesome. The grip is
a little thicker so watch out if you are grip-thickness sensitive.
Buy this pen.
Oh, only complaint is that the ink funs out pretty fast b/c the ink tube
container things are pretty thin.
Slicci pens are great. The ink is so fantastic--thin yet crisp--and the ink flow
is great. Sometimes, the ink will get clogged a little bit, but if you scribble
with the pen for a bit more, it will be fine. I recommend this pen, and
especially this thickness. Anything less than 0.4 will be a little too thin for
me. 0.4 has a perfect balance of thinness and crispness. Also, the barrel is
kind of small/thin, so make sure you are okay with thinner pens before you buy
it. For me, it was fine, but I did notice my hand being a bit sore after
The ink for this pen is very smooth and dries quickly. The lines are crisp and
don't leak through pages. The only weird thing is that the ink cartridge hits
against the barrel when you move the pen around and it feels weird. For a while
it made the pen feel flimsy but all I really needed to do to dissipate that
thought was write with it once again. An important thing to not is that even
though it was fine 0.3 nib, it's still pretty thick. I don't use fountain pens a
lot so I don't really know that thickness standard, but the 0.3 tip was still
pretty thick. It felt like it was 0.7 or something.
Anyways, this is a wonderful pen!
This pencil is so good. I love doing math and science with it because it's lines
are so clean and thin and make it easy for me to think on paper. Get this
pencil! My hands sont feel icky and sweaty after I write with it a lot and the
grip is comfortable. I'm really picky with my pencil grips because I grip my
pencil really low, but this pencil was fine. Buy it!
