Wow. Amazing color, great bottle design, and pretty much fantastic everything
else. More of a blue-black ink, the tinge of green in it makes for a unique
color and change among more traditional blue-blacks. This is a great color to
use in the workplace as well as just for fun. It's super smooth and the color is
vivid and intense like the rest of the Iroshizuku line, and definitely shouldn't
I've got to say, this is a great pen. Consistent, dark lines are really this
pen's strong point. The only problem with it is the pen's overall size - it's
really small! With a barrel smaller in diameter than that of a AAA battery, and
the lack of a rubber grip make this pen hard, and even sometimes difficult to
use during long periods of time.
For the price, and seeing that this it is disposable, I'm quite impressed about
how well this pen performs. No ink blots, very minimal bleeding, and a sturdy
build are just a couple of great things about this pen. On a few types of papers
however, I've noticed that the ink does feather a little bit.
On a side note, I never saw a nib size listed. Upon receiving the pen, I noticed
the nib marked with an _M_. The nib width is just a little on the big side for
me, but the performance of this pen outweighs this fact, and I'll get used to it
Great pen, but I often find myself pressing too hard on the paper when using the
rubber eraser, creating a kind of 'dent' in the paper. The ink color is a bit
more washed out than I would have liked, but overall this is a really
interesting and fun pen for its price.
